Natalie from The Mustard Jumper puts her empties posts into categories which I think is a great idea, so I decided to copy her.

Le Jardin Rose hand cream
Nivea Rich Nourishing body moisturiser
Pure Fiji Coconut Hydrating body lotion
Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula moisturiser
In Essence Tahitian Monoi Silk body wash

Face:
Eleusian Ageless Phyto Stem CelluLift
Bobbi Brown Cleansing oil

Planet Eve Anti-Ageing Daily face moisturiser

Hair:

Make-up:
Covergirl Lash Blast Volume mascara
Australis Eyeshadow Primer

Lots of perfume samples

These are the products I've thrown out this month. A dishonourable mention goes to the BYS blush. I used it once, put it in my make-up bag and the next time I went to use it, it had shattered. I don't know how that happened because my make-up bag lives in my bathroom and doesn't get moved at all.
The rest of the products I just don't like or they are old.

FFS Friday

It's Friday again! This week has been very confusing. Tuesday felt like Friday, Wednesday felt like Saturday and Thursday I had no idea what day it was. FFS.

In order to fix my blog feed I had to totally change my blog template. FFS.

It took me bloody ages. FFS.

My blog feed still isn't fixed. FFS.

I've been trying really hard to get a look inside the neighbours sea container without them realising what I'm doing. FFS.

It looks like someone might be living in there. FFS.

I still suspect that it may be a clan lab cleverly disguised as a bedroom. FFS.

There has been a lot of hammering and drilling coming from the sea container this week. FFS.

You know those stressed out mummies that you see in the shopping centre? The ones who look worn down and disheveled and they are juggling lots of bags and a screaming baby? That was me on Friday. FFS.

Saturday morning hubby arrives at work to be told that his pay rate has been dropped by $6 per hour. FFS.

As if that's not bad enough, they now expect him to work an extra half an hour per day. FFS.

And so the job searching begins. FFS.

Saturday night we had friends coming over for coffee. We'd arranged for them to come over at 7pm after bub was in bed. I'd even made brownies. We were all running late so changed the time to 7.30pm. They arrived at 8.30pm. FFS.

By that time I was tired and ready for bed. FFS.

I didn't feed them the brownies because I decided they didn't deserve them. FFS.

Monday I went to the Dr with a list of things to discuss. FFS.

Turns out my manky nose is due to a staph infection. Great. FFS.

I now have to put ointment in my nose three times a day. FFS.

After only two days of using the ointment my nose is totally healed. FFS.

If only I'd gone to the Dr earlier I could have saved myself two months of pain. FFS.

I find out this afternoon if my crohn's is flaring up. The Dr suspects that it is. FFS.

If it is I will have to stop breastfeeding bub because of the medication I'll be on. FFS.

Neither bub or I are ready to stop breastfeeding. FFS.

So now I'm trying to decide whether to take the medication or continue breastfeeding. FFS.

You'd think it would be a simple decision but it's not. FFS.

I know my health is the most important thing because I can't look after bub if I'm sick, but breastfeeding is a really special part of our relationship and I don't want to give that up just yet. FFS.

Plus, it means admitting to myself that he's not a baby anymore. FFS.

Something has taken up residence in our roof. FFS.

It's very noisy so I suspect it's something large. FFS.

I've come to the conclusion that it's either Other Wife or that the the neighbours have got sick of living in the sea container and decided to live in our roof instead. FFS.

Monday night I find hubby in the hallway wielding a large stick. FFS.

Turns out he was going to bash on the ceiling to scare whatever is living in the roof. FFS.

Fat lot of good that would do. FFS.

I pointed out to him that as bub was asleep this really wasn't a good idea and that scaring it would only make it move around more. FFS.

Don't know why these things required pointing out, I would have thought they were rather obvious. FFS.

This week we continue with our attempts to kill our child. FFS.

The first time was Sunday night. FFS.

I took a glass of water to hubby in the lounge room where he was playing with bub. I should have known better because he always leaves things lying around. FFS.

A little while later I hear the sound of breaking glass. FFS.

Bub has picked up the glass and was carrying it around when he fell over and dropped the glass. FFS.

Thankfully he didn't land on the glass! FFS.

It'll be a small miracle if the poor child survives his second year. FFS.

The second time was on Monday. FFS.

I'd gone to the toilet (whilst trying to stop bub eat the toilet roll, put his hands in the toilet, lick the toilet floor etc). FFS.

After a bit of a struggle I'd managed to get off the toilet, pull up my pants (whilst bub tried to pull them back down again), shut the toilet lid (whilst bub tried to put his hands in the toilet) and flush the toilet. FFS.

I walked out of the toilet to wash my hands at the laundry trough and stupidly left bub in the toilet. FFS.

I washed my hands and turned around to find that bub had lifted up the toilet seat, put his hand down into the toilet and found the fresh disc. FFS.

He'd smeared it all over his hand and was about to put it into his mouth. I got there just in time. FFS.

I really miss going to the toilet on my own. FFS.

Since having his immunisations bub hasn't slept very well. FFS.

He's decided that midnight is party time and he stays awake for at least two hours. FFS.

We went in there Saturday because hubby's phone hasn't been working properly. We went to the Karrinyup store who were bloody useless and no help at all. FFS.

You would assume that when you go into a Telstra shop they will be able to sort out your problem but no, you have to use the phone in the store to call customer service. FFS.

Hubby spent over half an hour on the phone whilst I chased bub all over the shopping centre. FFS.

Finally he came to an agreement with customer service and then the store had to take over and do what had been agreed to. Talk about mucking around. FFS.

The staff at Karrinyup told us they didn't have the correct computer system to sort things out for us. WTF? Surely they all have the same computer system? And if they didn't you'd think they would have told us that straight away. FFS!

The Innaloo store were much more helpful, however it still took over an hour to get things sorted out. FFS.

When we told the guy at Innaloo that Karrinyup said they don't have access to the right computer system he said that was a load of crap. FFS.

Hubby was given a free screen cover worth $10. Tuesday he gets a phone call from Telstra saying that he took the screen cover without paying for it. FFS.

Hubby explained that it was given to him and they said that they would have to check their security cameras to confirm his story. FFS.

As if he'd bother stealing something worth $10! FFS.

When we went into the store to sort things out they denied accusing him of stealing. FFS.

Not sure what else you call taking something without paying for it, borrowing maybe? FFS.

After finally getting the whole thing sorted out, (their security cameras confirmed that a staff member gave the screen cover to hubby), we get home and discover that the phone can't do video calls so now we have to go through the whole rigmarole again. Great. FFS.

I spent all day Wednesday thinking that it was Saturday and having mini heart attacks because I thought I'd forgotten to do my FFS Friday post. FFS.

I didn't just think this once, I had this thought at least four times throughout the day. FFS.

Thursday night I have another mini heart attack when I get tweets about FFS Friday and realise I haven't finished my post. FFS.

I spent all day Thursday thinking it was Monday. FFS.

Clearly I've totally lost my mind. FFS.

Face of Australia Impact-Curl Mascara

Face of Australia have been coming out with so many great products lately, it's difficult to know where to start. Keep an eye out for more reviews coming soon!

I was sent their new Impact-Curl mascara to review at the perfect time as it arrived just when I was due to throw out my other mascara. I throw my mascara out every three months purely because it gives me a great excuse to try a new one.

For some reason I found it impossible to take a good photo of this, every photo turned out blurry, so the photo above is from the Face of Australia website. I have brown which I love because it's much softer than black. I find black mascara can look a little harsh on me as I am quite pale. What I love about this mascara is that it gives such great volume and curl to my lashes that when I'm in a hurry I only need to put on this and a little bit of eyeliner and I look 'done'.

Ever since Lancome discontinued my holy grail mascara, Flextencils, I've been searching for something similar. Until I met Impact-Curl I hadn't found anything that came close, but Impact-Curl is just as good as Flextencils was and a hell of a lot cheaper!
The two things that I look for in a mascara are volume and curl. Whilst I've found some great volumising mascaras, prior to using Impact-Curl I hadn't found a mascara that held the curl all day. Other curling mascaras I've used curl my lashes initially but after a few hours the curl is gone and my lashes are flat again.
As you can see in the photo's I get great curl that it lasts all day. The curl is even better if I use an eyelash curler after I've put my mascara on. In these photo's I've applied one coat of mascara and haven't used a curler.
As you would expect, with more coats of mascara you get more volume.
I usually use two or three coats to get lush looking lashes.

The brush is great, it's a rubber brushes with big and small bristles that catch every lash and comb through easily so there are no clumps. In my opinion brushes can make or break a mascara. It doesn't matter how good the formula is, if the brush is crap then the mascara is crap too.

Face of Australia says:
Extreme volume and curl mascara
Revolutionary smooth-curve formula glides onto lashes, creating extreme volume and long lasting curl. Hourglass-shaped rubber brush grabs and separates every lash for perfect, clump-free application. Smudge proof and flake resistant. Paraben free.

Impact-Curl mascara costs $11.95 and is available from Priceline, Kmart and Big W.

Would I purchase this? Yes, it's a great mascara and it's cheap!

Impact-Curl mascara was sent to me for consideration.

Burt's Bees Baby Bee All Better Balm

I've mentioned before that I prefer to use natural products on bub. One of my favoured brands is Burt's Bees, they have great products that are reasonably priced and readily available.

Baby Bee All Better Balm is something that I always have on hand. It's great because it can be used for just about anything. I use it when bub has a rash, if he falls over and gets a scrape, on his bruises and even for his nappy rash. I also use it on myself when I have scratches (usually courtesy of bub).

I don't recommend using this on your lips. It does look like a lip balm, but trust me, it tastes horrible (yes, I know this because I tried using it as a lip balm).

Burt's Bees say: Baby Bee All Better Balm provides gentle and natural relief for baby's bumps, bruises and "ow-ees". Our formula is enriched with cocoa butter, vitamin e and lavender oil to nourish, soften and soothe baby's sensitive skin.

Paraben free, phtalate free.

I purchased my All Better Balm from Myer for $14.95 for a 7g tube.

Ingredients: sweet almond oil, beeswax, cocoa butter, wheat germ oil, fragrance, tocopherol, calendula extract, chamomile extract, lavender oil, rosemary leaf extract.

FFS Friday

It's Friday! Time for my weekly whinge.

This week has been crazy, I haven't stopped for a second and yet I haven't been doing much. FFS.

I still haven't read the FFS posts from last week. FFS.

Friday night I felt like there was some food stuck in between my teeth. FFS.

As I was getting it out a chunk of my tooth fell out. FFS.

First thing Saturday morning I call the dentist and they tell me I can't see my regular dentist until May. FFS.

I manage to get an emergency appointment with another dentist (at the same surgery) on Monday. When I see her she's heaps better than my usual dentist and a lot faster. Wish I'd been seeing her the whole time. FFS.

My usual dentist had told me my teeth were really bad and they'd all need fillings within six months (that was about eighteen months ago) so I was expecting the worst. FFS.

The new dentist told me my teeth are really good and she has no idea why I was so worried. FFS.

Saturday morning bub decides to wake up at 5.29am and refuses to go back to sleep. FFS.

I have a discussion with him about why this is not appropriate behaviour. FFS.

I then learn how difficult it is to go to the toilet with a crying baby sitting on your lap. FFS.

This is a skill I never wanted to learn. FFS.

We've worked out that including travel hubby works 70 hours per week. FFS.

Someone keyed hubbys work car right across the bonnet. FFS.

He spoke to the security guys who tell him that although they have security cameras in the car park they can't check cause the cameras aren't usually recording in the car park. FFS.

Bub has figured out that he can climb up the couch and down the back of it. FFS.

On the way down he hits his chin hard enough to make him cry, however this doesn't stop him. FFS.

I think I have a future stuntman on my hands. FFS.

Sunday night in the middle of tea I came down with a lovely case of gastro. FFS.

I spent the evening vomiting. Gross. FFS.

It occurred to me at midnight on Sunday night as I was lying in bed feeling sick, that I haven't explained FFS Friday. FFS.

Here goes. Sarah from Dear Baby G started FFS as it's cheaper than paying for therapy. Anyone who wants to join in posts their link on Sarah's post so that everyone can read/laugh hysterically/sympathise/be glad they aren't us. Sarah's hubby also does FFS Friday so you get two for the price of one, bonus!

You know those days that start at 4am and then you splash wee in your face when you're changing bub's nappy? Yeah that. FFS.

This week hubby and I have nearly killed bub twice. FFS.

The first time was Sunday. We were going out and had walked out the front, shut the door and hubby was about to put bub in the car when we realised that neither of us had the keys. FFS.

I expected hubby to have them because he was driving and he expected me to have them because I always walk along behind him and pick up all the things he's forgotten (keys, phone, wallet, head etc). FFS.

Whilst we were discussing the lack of keys "You always have them", "No, you always have them" (we are so mature), neither of us were watching bub. FFS.

I assumed hubby was watching him because he'd taken him out of the house and I was fishing the spare keys out of my bag. FFS.

Hubby looks around and bub is about to step onto the road. FFS.

I've never seen hubby move so fast. FFS.

Just after hubby retrieved bub, a car came flying down the road. FFS.

Lesson learned. FFS.

The second time we nearly killed bub was Tuesday morning. Hubby had left two painkillers on his bedside table. FFS.

Bub was playing in our room, toddled over to hubbys bedside table, picked up a painkiller and put it in his mouth. FFS.

Thankfully I was watching so took it out again straight away. FFS.

Another lesson learned. FFS.

My mobile phone can spell FFS. It's the first word that comes up when I type in F. FFS.

Telstra provides a 10 second voicemail service on my phone. People leave a message and it gets converted to a text message. I'm yet to receive a text message that makes sense. FFS.

I got one from a private number yesterday which says: "Hi Lisa, it's Alexie calling from silk. Just wanted to catch up about the racks sun on project. Please gimme a call back. Thanks." FFS.

Hopefully it's a wrong number. FFS.

I've established that the neighbours are not using the sea container as a clandestine drug lab, they are using it to store junk. FFS.

Clearly they don't have enough room in the house for all their junk. FFS.

I was happy in the knowledge that they were only going to be there for three months as the house was for sale, however the house has now been taken off the market. FFS.

As the house is only suitable for demolition this means we have many more years of bad tenants to look forward to. FFS.

I think it's time to move. FFS.

And now it's time for a rant. Get a cup of coffee/tea/wine/whatever takes your fancy, or walk away now, whatever you prefer.

Thursday bub had his immunisations. I hate immunisations. FFS.

First there is the whole issue of if you should or shouldn't immunise your child. I've been unable to find any really reliable information either way, so I'm going with the theory that I will immunise him because if he got sick due to me not having immunised him I'd be kicking myself. I'm still not sure if I'm making the right decision. FFS

The act of immunising seems so barbaric to me. FFS.

Really, these poor, defenceless little children are being put through pain. it's horrible. FFS.

Even worse, you have to sit there and hold them still whilst they are being jabbed, so it's like you are playing a part in them being hurt, it's heartbreaking. FFS.

The first three immunisations were two needles and this one was three needles. FFS.

Surely there is a better way. They could combine them or make them oral vaccinations or something so that we aren't jabbing the poor little things two or three times. Really, I wonder about a world where we can use numbing cream when getting a bikini wax and yet we can't find a pain free way to immunise an innocent little baby. FFS.

Models Prefer

I'm in love with Models Prefer products. The brand recently arrived at Priceline so naturally I had to try them. To my great delight I was also sent some products to review. Everything I've tried has been excellent quality and I've even found a holy grail brush.

The Airbrush Brush is something that you all need. I use it to apply my foundation and cream blush and love it. I have two of them, one for foundation and one for blush. You can read my full review here.

Another great product is their Anti-Wrinkle Concealer. I'm always on the hunt for under eye concealers, so when I saw that this one and read that it contains anti wrinkle ingredients I had to try it. I can't tell you what the anti wrinkle ingredients are, but I can say that this is a great concealer. It has a brush applicator, doesn't sink into my fine lines and hides my dark circles.

I've been using the Multipurpose Sponge in place of my Beauty Blender. I know it's a huge call, but I prefer this to my Beauty Blender, mainly because it's so easy to use. Whilst the Beauty Blender gives great coverage, I find it's high maintenance, it takes time to use and get the application right. With my Multipurpose Sponge I can just swipe my foundation on and I'm done. It's quick and easy.

If you like the Australis lipgloss pencil and Clinque Chubby sticks then you need to try the Ultra Lipgloss Pencil in Kiss and Makeup. Unlike the Australis and Clinique versions, this is very pigmented. It has a lovely glossy finish with an opaque colour that lasts for ages. I usually get half a days wear out of this before I need to reapply.

Desk to Date Blush  is a gorgeous blush. It's a lot darker than the blushes that I normally wear but it's very pretty and I really like it. This is a very pigmented blush so I use a very light hand when applying it.

Desk to Date Blush and Multipurpose Sponge were sent to me for consideration. I received the Ultra Lipgloss pencil when I signed up to the Priceline Beauty Club. Air Brush and Anti-Wrinkle concealer I purchased myself.

Beauty Confessions

Since you like this post so much Sabine I thought I'd make it a regular thing, provided I have enough things to confess. So here goes, all my shameful secrets.

I don't throw my cosmetics out after the recommended time, I keep them for years. If I threw things out when they say you should, I'd be throwing out heaps of barely used products.

Sometimes I don't get time to take off my toe nail polish so walk around with chipped polish on. Not a good look. I recently walked around with chipped toe nail polish for two weeks.

I've only brushed my hair four times this month. Yes, that's once a week. In my defense it really doesn't need brushing because I wear it in a plait most of the time and it doesn't get knotty.

If I put my mascara on and I get some on my eyelid I don't remove it, I just draw more eye liner over the top so you can't see it.

I still haven't had my hair cut. It's been over two years now. Surprisingly, my hairdresser says that my hair is in really good condition. That makes me wonder why I used to bother getting it cut every few months, obviously I didn't need to.

FFS Friday

It's Friday! Time for my weekly whinge, yay!

We've been considering moving back to my hometown and building. We went to look at my house (which we'd knock down) and the street leaves a lot to be desired. FFS.

Now we're back to square one and have no idea what we're going to do. FFS.

Sunday we went to the markets. Hubby puts bub on the floor as he was squirming and protesting. FFS.

Hubby is then surprised when bub runs away and doesn't return when hubby calls him. FFS.

I spend 20 minutes walking around after bub. FFS.

At one stage he picks something up and swiftly puts it in his mouth. FFS.

After I extract it from his mouth I notice it's a rollie cigarette butt. FFS.

Despite the breast baring incident, Hubby has now decided that we will go to church every Sunday. FFS.

I can't convince him to go without me. FFS.

Bub is obsessed with thongs at the moment. FFS.

We can't leave the house without at least 2 thongs. FFS.

They even come into the shopping centre with us. FFS.

I get a lot of horrified looks from people when they see bub chewing on a thong. FFS.

It's now impossible to find a pair of matching thongs in our house. FFS.

I'm ashamed to say thongs are now an essential part of my wardrobe. FFS.

It's millipede season at the moment. They are all over the house. FFS.

Try as I might to pick them all up, I've caught bub eating them several times already. Gross. FFS.

It's become apparent that hubby has decided Tuesday is Take Your Life In Your Hands Day or as I like to call it Suicide Via Wife Day. FFS.

This Tuesday hubby came home from training at 7.10pm. FFS.

It'd been a very long day. FFS.

Bub had woken up at 5.50am and been clingy and whingey all day. FFS.

He'd only had two short sleeps so was tired all day too. FFS.

I'd finally gotten him to sleep, made dinner and was just sitting down to eat when hubby gets home. His first comment was that the house looked like it'd been hit by a bomb. FFS.

His second comment was that he'd come home early from training to help put bub to sleep but as bub was already asleep he should have stayed at training. FFS.

This was all before he'd bothered to say hello. FFS.

Being the good wife I am I ignored both those comments and just swore profusely in my head. FFS.

After having a shower hubby comes out and has a go at me because he kicked his foot on one of his sticks as he walked into the bedroom and 'nearly broke my toe!' FFS.

He decided it was my fault that he couldn't look where he was walking. FFS.

He said that I should have tidied up. Instead of preparing dinner perhaps? FFS.

Next Tuesday I'll tidy up and he can go without dinner. FFS.

It was at this point I decided to go to bed and fantasize about all the ways I could 'nearly break' hubbys toe. FFS.

See, I really am a good wife. FFS.

My blog is still not working properly. FFS.

My posts aren't showing up in Google Reader, on Twitter or Blogloving and the RSS feeds are not working either. FFS.

I have no idea how to fix it. FFS.

Stupid Bob2 now has 11 messages on it that I can't listen to. FFS.

I'm sure there were 12 messages a few days ago, no idea how one has disappeared. FFS.

Surya Brasil Chocolate & Mint Moisturizing Lip Balm

It's been a while since I reviewed a lip balm, what's wrong with me! Surya Brasil Chocolate and Mint Moisturizing (their spelling, not mine) Lip Balm is my latest lip balm love. This balm is 100% natural and vegetable and is beeswax free so suitable for vegans. I purchased it purely for the chocolate mint flavour. As you can imagine, it smells like an after dinner mint.

I'll happily purchase this lip balm again. The texture is lovely, smooth and very hydrating. It has a very slight mint tingle for a few minutes after I apply. As you would expect, it goes on clear with a soft shine and lasts for a few hours before I need to reapply, although I reapply a lot more often than I need to because of the flavour!

I purchased my 4.25 gram Surya Brasil lip balm from Healthy Life Health Shop for $6.60. There are five flavours available; chocolate mint, chocolate, acai berry, cinnamon and cupucua and strawberry and buriti.
These can also be purchased from the Surya Brasil website.

Ingredients: organic sunflower seed oil, candelilla wax, fair trade certified cocoa butter, organic chocolate flavour, organic jojoba seed oil, organic peppermint essential oil, d-alpha tocopherol, bertholietia excelsa seed oil, ucuuba nut oil, astrocaryum murumura butter.

Dear Chai

Today you are thirteen months old. This has been a month of firsts for you.

On the 12th of March you started swimming lessons. I was worried that you wouldn't like it but you loved it, you even went underwater. You went twice a week for the first month and now we're going once week. You get so excited about swimming, you scream with excitement when we are walking towards the steps and once we get inside you cry because you want to get in the water.

On Monday the 26th of March you said your second word which was DadDad and then a few hours later you said MumMum (clever boy). Now you are making lots of different sounds and chatting all the time. Even though you can't talk you are very good at letting us know what you want. You climb up onto my knee, say BubBub and point at where you want to go.

You got your seventh tooth on the fifteenth of March, it's the bottom tooth on the right hand side. I'm not sure if it's because of your teething necklace but this tooth didn't bother you much. You had two unsettled nights and that was it. Tooth number eight came through on the third of April, it was the bottom tooth on the left hand side.

On Thursday the 29th of March you stopped crawling and started walking all the time.  You look so cute when you walk, you flap your arms and your bottom wiggles. You can already run (particularly when you have something in your mouth that we are trying to get off you!)

On Saturday the 31st of March you walked in shoes for the first time. You weren't sure what to think when I put the shoes on you and then you thought you couldn't walk. I convinced you to walk holding both of my hands and then you were off.

Thongs are your favourite toy at the moment. We don't go anywhere without a thong coming with us. When we're leaving the house you choose two thongs and carry them outside. You'll leave one at the front door and the other one comes with us. You sit there happily holding it across your legs. At home you push a thong around the house and the bring it to me to put on.

You can make a sound like a Lion and Tractor and movements like a fish, crocodile and butterfly. You copy us when we stretch and chew, which is really funny (and super cute).

Your favourite books are Hello Monkey, On The Bus and I See Me.
Your favourite toys are your Elmo puppet and toy, Buckley the golliwog and your shape turtle.

The past thirteen months has been the most amazing time of my life. You are a beautiful child, full of laughter, light and curiosity. You love to play peekabo and explore new places. I love being your Mum.

FFS Friday

It's that time of the week, time for me to complain about everything that's been annoying me this week.

Sunday, I was vacuuming the house when hubby says to me "are you stubborn or stupid?" Charming. FFS.

In his defense, he said it because he usually does the vacuuming as it stirs up my allergies and asthma. FFS.

Right on cue, I started wheezing and sneezing. FFS.

My nose is still manky and full of sores. It's so uncomfortable. FFS.

I'm starting to wonder if I need to see the Dr about it. FFS.

I can just imagine how stupid I'd sound though. "I have sores in my nose, they are really uncomfortable." FFS.

Hubby was supposed to get a payrise seven weeks ago. When it finally came through, they took some allowances away so now he gets paid less than he did before the payrise. FFS.

They've been saying they'll sort it out for weeks now and still haven't. FFS.

Now, they've given him yet another payrise, so who knows how much we'll lose this week. FFS.

It took him 12 months, but bub has now figured out where my boobs are. FFS.

This means that whenever he wants a feed he rips down my top and sticks his hand on my boob. FFS.

Sunday we were at church. FFS.

I made the mistake of wearing a V neck top. FFS.

For some reason bub decided he needed a mid morning feed. FFS.

He hasn't had a mid morning feed for months. FFS.

He pulled down my top and exposed my right boob to the whole church. FFS.

As he was yelling at the time, lots of people saw my boob. Great. FFS.

I'm hoping hubby will agree that this means we can never go back to church again. Somehow I'm thinking he won't agree with me. FFS.

For some reason my blog posts aren't showing up on Google Reader. FFS.

There are lots of strange people going in and out of the house next door. FFS.

Monday they had a sea container delivered. I didn't realise unloading a sea container was so noisy. FFS.

Mum helpfully suggested that maybe they're using the sea container as a clandestine drug lab. FFS.

I'm wondering if she's right. FFS.

I told hubby about Mum's clan lab comment and he said that it'd be a great place to put a clan lab cause no-one can see into it. FFS.

I'm considering commencing covert surveillance on the neighbours just in case they are running a clan lab. FFS.

March Favourites

Olay touch of foundation - I absolutely love this. It was love at first application. It smells amazing and works really well. It has more colour than a tinted moisturiser but less than a foundation. There is enough coverage that I can wear it without having to put powder over the top.

Australis nail polishes - These are great quality products and so cheap. They last at least four days on me without chipping.

EmerginC Eyelight cream and serum - I think I've found my holy grail eye treatment. I've been using this for about six weeks and my dark circles are so much better! Some days I don't even need to use concealer.

Nailease stickers - What a brilliant idea. These are so easy to apply and last for a week. They come in some really cool designs too.

Nvey Eco concealer - This is my new favourite concealer!

Glamourflage lip balm - I love the gorgeous tin, it smells great and is very hydrating.

Haus of Gloi Parkin Pumpkin Butter - This is the most beautiful scent. I've been using it very sparingly because the scent is no longer available, but it's nearly gone :(

March empties

Three months into the year and I'm still going strong with my empties. I've managed to finish another make-up product too! If only I could finish a lip gloss or lipstick. That is going to be my aim for this year, to finish up some of my lip products.

I'm still in throw out mode, I've thrown out or given away quite a lot of products that I just don't use, there's no point having them hanging around the house going to waste. Unfortunately I didn't think to take a photo of everything that I threw or gave away.

Aviva Deep Clean Exfoliant - Being a lover of sugar and salt scrubs, this just didn't cut it for me. SK-II Facial Treatment Gentle Cleanser - The standout thing about this cleanser is the beautiful rose scent. If it wasn't for the scent it would just like any other foaming facial cleanser.

Max Factor Miracle Touch Foundation -When I first got this I didn't like it so put it away in my cupboard. I got it out again a few weeks ago and really love it. It's quite hydrating so wouldn't be very good to use in summer, but it's perfect for the cooler months.

L'Oreal Age Perfect Cleansing Wipes -Lovely wipes, they're nearly as good as my favourite wotnot wipes.
OP Therapy Sea Mineral Wash - I really like this wash, it's great for when my skin is sensitive or I have eczema. You can read my full review here

Clairol Nice'n Easy Colour Seal - This is a great product, it makes my hair feel silky soft.

Kosmea Replenishing Moisture Cream - I liked this but didn't find it very hydrating. It's not a product I'll buy again. It'd probably be okay for people with oily skin, but for my normal to dry skin it's not hydrating enough.

Natio Meditate Shower Gel - Love the scent of this, it's so nice.

Declare Soft Cleansing Milk - I got this in a big bag of products I won by filling out a survey. I'd never heard of Declare and still don't know anything about them, however this is a lovely cleanser for sensitive skin. I'm a big fan of milk cleansers, they are super gentle on the skin and I love the way my skins feels after I use them.

Dermalogica Age Smart Renewal Lip Complex - This smells like berries and tastes pretty good too. It's a nice, hydrating lip balm but imho not worth the price.

Jurlique Jasmine Hand Cream - This is one of my favourite hand creams, it smells amazing and is really hydrating. It can be a little tacky so I use it as a night treatment.

Nivea Rich Nourishing Body Moisturiser - This was surprisingly good. It is really hydrating but sinks in quickly and doesn't leave any residue. My skin felt soft and moisturised all day when I was using this.

Shu Uemura Skin Purifier - Nice but not amazing. I prefer my MooGoo oil cleanser.

Perfumatory Vanilla Moon Perfume - Love this, it smells so good!
These are my tosses.
The 14 Day Nail Shield was crap, it was really difficult to apply and peeled off the day after I put it on.
I love The Body Shop lip balm but it tastes bad so I just don't use it.
The Ardell brow gel is just manky.
Threw out the Model Co because I won't use it and in the pot is an unidentified lipstick.
